My Story

Having worked in a family business helping my father grow his technology business, I started in a sales role where I learned the business.  When tough situations happened I was asked to lead our sales and we expanded to fifty employees after helping win a large project that scaled the business. When sales were too much for our operations to handle, I was again asked to lead our operations to handle the demand. I helped to work with my team to improve the challenges and drive results to make many process improvements to make operations flow better. Then I led the company as the CEO the last three years before selling to an asset management company. 

I have always had a passion for business and love learning, talking about it and helping others. Having experienced diverse roles with an understanding of lean and documenting systems, am well suited to help grow your business.
